About the role
Create engaging and accurate job descriptions.
Identify future hiring needs and develop recruitment goals accordingly.
Attract, source, and recruit qualified candidates by using recruitment software, databases, or social media.
Conduct interviews with candidates using innovative recruiting tools or methods.
Thoroughly assess candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experience to match open job vacancies. Onboard new employees smoothly.
Stay up to date with employment legislation and regulations.
Provide analytical and articulate recruitment reports to the manager and team.
Follow up on vacations, employment procedures, leaves, and employment insurance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
3 to 4 years of experience as a Recruiter/ Headhunter is preferred
Great ability to conduct various types of interviews.
Proficient in conducting video interviews and phone interviews.
Familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, Human Resources Management Systems, or HR software.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Great decision-making skills.
We are a team of four and work closely with each other. You might get involved in other tasks and projects too.
