Human Resource Manager Required in Dubai

Job Responsibilities:

-Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding as per the given targets.

– A monthly target of 10 (Ten) Sales Executives to be hired each month must be accomplished.
-Ensure job descriptions and key performance indicators (KPI) are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations for all the company employees.
-Develop SOPs (Standard operating procedures), and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
-Share the employment contract with the confirmed candidate within 24 hours of the hiring confirmation by the Managing Director.

-Prepare the Welcome Kit, Email ID, and (1) one day in advance of the joining date of the employee.

-Arrange biometrics access and introduction to the team members on the first day of new joiners.

-Maintain the documents and details of employees’ Passports, visas, Emirates IDs, Labor cards, and Employment contract start and expiry dates to ensure they are processed for renewal (1) one month before the due date.
-Oversee the payroll responsibility of employees’ attendance, incentives, deductions, annual leave, etc. as per the employee’s employment agreement and KPI.
-Manage the company’s Assets, prepare the asset handover forms at the time of handover, and keep track of them. Submit the asset allocation report to the management monthly.

-Work closely with the company PRO for the application and termination of employee visas, labor cards, and any/all documents related to the employment contract of the employees.

– Perform HR Administrative services for employees’ sick leaves, annual leaves, and any/all services related to the employees.
-Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

-Maintain company attendance software, generate reports, and share the monthly reports with the finance on/before the 2nd Date of every month.

-Conduct performance and salary reviews every month and submit them to the management on/before the 28th date of every month.

-Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research, and keep the strategy up to date.
-Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
-Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team
-Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
-Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
-Maintain HR CRM systems and processes.
