Position Title: Chief Accountant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up 12,000 AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading distributors of pet supplies and products in the UAE and GCC region
Job Role:
Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed
Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries
Generate financial reports and statements to Manager’s review
Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to the management.
Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts
Report to management regarding the financial activity of the company
Analyze and implement possible accounting solutions for discrepancies
Supervise all regular accounting processes such as A/P and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.
Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance with budgetary requirements
Requirements:
Open to Arabic nationals
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any related accounting courses
CPA certification is an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years’ experience, FMCG experience is an added advantage
Must have an experience on accounting software’s either ERP, Zoho, focus, Sage and QuickBooks
Experience in managing an accounting team
Well versed in numerical problems and documentation skills
Excellent communication and reporting skills
