CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE REQUIRED IN DUBAI
Position Title: Customer Service Executive
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 7,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

The hiring company is a one-stop-shop, top of the line Business Setup Agency in Dubai that provides business setting up services, as well as long term business, needs support.
Job Role:
Act as an ambassador of the company at all times and attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
Ensure that a high level of professional rapport is developed and maintained with all customers
Follow customer service procedures as outlined in the manual to comply with the ISO procedures and safe working practices
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all departments, company products, and services so that customers are provided accurate information
Ensure all tickets are actioned in accordance with Network Standards so that we comply with service levels given to the customer
The report, evaluate and investigate recurring operational problems that are highlighted by the customer and then direct the information accordingly for corrective actions to be taken
Requirements:
Open to European and Arabic nationals
Male/Female, 33 years old and below
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field, Master’s Degree is an advantage
With at least 4 years of proven working experience in customer service or guest relation and with a good track record of managing client relationships with excellent client interface
Must be committed with a positive attitude
Proficient in English, Arabic speaker is a plus
