Job Role:
Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
Modifying menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs
Involving in menu development and maintaining updated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold in the Food and Beverage operation
Knowledge of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cultural cuisines is preferred
Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervising kitchen staff’s activities
Arranging for equipment purchases and repairs
Complying with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and kitchen staff
Requirements:
Male, 45 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in high-end and fine dining restaurants
Candidates can join immediately will be prioritized
Effective leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Employment Type:Full Time
Monthly Salary:30,000 – 49,999 AED
