JOB TITLE
Waiter | MAF Entertainment | VOX Cinemas
Role Summary
The role of the Waiter is to provide optimal customer experience across VOX Cinemas food and beverage concepts.
ROLE PROFILE
Provides a high standard of quality and efficient service as per Standard Operational Procedures.
Handles all customer interactions with friendliness and professionalism, accommodating special requests and exceeding expectations
Has a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives
Perform up-selling strategies (Suggestive/Cross Selling) and advise and assist customers with sales and bookings to maximize revenues
Ensures site equipment are stored properly in the storage room following the correct storage procedures
Abides by policies and procedures listed in management programs to ensure a safe environment for guest, colleagues, and self
Respects all fellow team members and treat as equals and aids when needed
Requirements
Excellent customer service skills
Energetic and personable
Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
Able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment or any customer facing environment
