Role Description
BelleoFX is seeking a full-time Telesales Officer to join their team in Dubai. As a Telesales Officer, you will be responsible for selling the company’s trading products and services to potential customers via telephone or online communication. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and promoting the company’s brand according to the sales objectives and targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Ability to deliver persuasive sales pitch effectively
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of relevant computer software and telephone systems
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a relevant field will be a plus
