Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent with a background in real estate to join our team immediately. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our real estate offerings, and closing sales over the phone. Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients with a focus on promoting our real estate offerings.
•Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through proactive lead generation activities.
•Engage with potential buyers and sellers, understand their real estate needs, and provide relevant solutions.
• Showcase the features and benefits of our properties or services to potential clients.
•Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships to ensure a positive sales experience.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and real estate regulations.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, provide feedback, and contribute to overall sales strategies.
• Handle objections and negotiate terms to successfully close sales deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and stay informed about competitor offerings and market

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Telesales Agent in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Highly motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to lead generation.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
