Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales. Other responsibilities include lead generation, customer support, and customer service. The Telesales Executive will be expected to maintain accurate records of all sales activities and meet set targets.
Qualifications
Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales
Customer Support experience
Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to close deals
Excellent time management skills
Highly motivated and target-driven individual
Familiar with CRM software and MS Office
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing or related field
