The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of UAE and KSA taxation principles and regulations, alongside experience in all stages of the tax planning and compliance process. The candidate should be adept at building new client relationships, converting prospects into loyal clients, and nurturing existing ones. Candidate should have a proven record of solid skills in accounting and tax, as well as exemplary negotiation and conversion skills.

Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage the tax planning, preparation, and compliance process for clients in accordance with UAE tax laws and KSA laws.
· Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to expand the firm’s tax services.
· Engage in client meetings to understand their needs and convert prospects into loyal clients.

· Maintain consistent contact with existing clients ensuring their tax needs are met and addressed promptly.
· Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
· Manage the tax team, providing guidance and mentorship.
· Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting based on local tax laws.
· Track metrics to ensure targets are met, including client conversion rates and quality of service.
· Represent clients in tax disputes and negotiations with tax authorities
· Provide tax-saving strategies and recommendations tailored to each client’s business situation.

Qualifications

· A professional qualification such as ACCA or CA is highly desired.
· Strong negotiation and conversion skills, adept at converting prospects into clients.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust during client meetings.
· Strong communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex tax matters into understandable terms for clients.
· Previous experience in a managerial role within the UAE is preferred.
· Up-to-date knowledge of UAE and KSA tax laws, regulations, and potential changes in the tax landscape.
