Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sommelier at Sirene by Gaia in Dubai. The Sommelier will be responsible for curating the wine list, providing recommendations to guests, managing the wine inventory, and ensuring excellent wine service.
Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of different types of wines, regions, and vintages
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create a positive customer experience through wine recommendations
Experience in wine pairing with various cuisines
Certification in wine studies or sommelier training is a plus
