Responsibilities:
Managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and other incentives.
Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave entitlements, and other perks.
Conducting regular market research and benchmarking to keep compensation and benefits packages competitive.
Handling grievances related to compensation and benefits.
Promoting a positive work environment and fostering strong employee engagement.
Addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and complaints in a fair and timely manner.
Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as local labor laws.
Conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Organizing team-building activities, training sessions, and workshops to enhance workplace harmony.
Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, including hiring practices, employee contracts, working hours, leave policies, and termination procedures.
Keeping updated with changes in UAE labor laws and ensuring HR policies are aligned with current regulations.
Preparing and maintaining employee records as required by UAE labor law.
Managing the visa application, renewal, and cancellation processes for employees, including employment visas, residency permits, and labor cards.
Coordinating with government authorities (e.g., Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs) for visa and work permit-related matters.
Keeping track of visa and work permit expirations and ensuring timely renewals to avoid penalties.
Guiding new employees through the UAE visa and immigration process, including medical examinations and Emirates ID applications.
Ensuring that the company complies with UAE immigration regulations.
Assisting in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintaining HR records, employee files, and databases.
Conducting employee orientation programs to ensure new hires understand company policies and procedures.
Providing support in performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
