Sales Officer Required in Dubai

We are hiring an experienced Sales Officer for our client who will be responsible for Sales while ensuring the delivery of quality services to customers.

Responsibilities:

Performs assigned sales tasks and ensures adherence to timescales with utmost accuracy while providing excellent customer service and adhering to all appropriate processes and procedures, enabling the company to achieve high performance standards without compromising on quality.
Ensures achievement of monthly targets assigned to accounts and values both new to bank (NTB) and enhanced relationship value (ERV)
Proactively call customers for customer on-boarding activities, including new deposit customers
Develops relationships with partners, traders, and customers in order to enforce the company’s image in the market.
Builds business by identifying prospects and business opportunities through research and analysis of sales options to increase the company’s wallet share
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researches and recommends new opportunities to build customer loyalty
Maintains a sales pipe-line and prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to ensure effective follow-up, tracking and reporting
Preserves quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards to deliver service excellence and ensure compliance
Maintains professional and technical knowledge and establishes personal networks to build awareness and develop a growth mindset.
Provide accurate information and guide customers to maintain a positive brand image
Adhere to the country’s AML guidelines, Internal Policies, Service standards and Code of Conduct to ensure compliance and reduce operational risk
Performs the assigned tasks under the supervision of the line manager. Identifies and acts on ways to improve working knowledge and skills, be a team player and assist in the smooth operation of the company

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year UAE experience in sales role in any sector
Good English communication is a must.
Communication: Explains or presents factual information to an individual or group in a structured way.
Professionalism: Maintaining a professional demeanor at work
Problem solving: Demonstrating the ability to apply critical thinking to solve problems by generating, evaluating, and implementing solutions
Customer focus: Actively look for ways to identify market demands and meet customers or clients needs.
