Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers to join our team and focus on selling Cybersecurity solutions. The successful candidates will have a strong background in cybersecurity sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and manage accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within corporate accounts for our cybersecurity solutions. Conduct needs assessments and present tailored cybersecurity solutions that address client-specific challenges.
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Solution Selling: Demonstrate and articulate the value of our cybersecurity solutions, including threat detection, response, and prevention services, to address clients’ security needs and compliance requirements.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and competitor activities to refine strategies and identify opportunities.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while aligning with company goals.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and product management, to deliver a seamless sales experience and ensure successful implementation and customer support.
Reporting: Track sales performance, pipeline, and key metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in corporate sales within the cybersecurity industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, including threat detection, vulnerability management, and data protection.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships and manage complex sales processes.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
