Sales Manager Required in Dubai
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves managing daily sales operations, mentoring sales staff, and collaborating with other departments to optimize sales performance.
MAIN TASKS, DUTIES, RESPONEBILITIES
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Set sales targets and goals for the sales team and ensure they are met or exceeded.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Managing daily sales operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Secondary Sales Director.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Develop action plans based on data analysis to enhance sales performance.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a similar role in the sales department
Experiences: 5 Years experience in sales within the Dubai market
Certificates: Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) license
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Master’s degree in business administration or a similar role.
