Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth as well as manage our BD team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, particularly within the real estate and/or SaaS industry, and will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales: Accountable for reaching the individual and team targets.
Sales: Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data and trends to forecast sales performance, prepare reports for senior management, and adjust strategies as needed.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
Sales Process Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals and to drive integrated strategies.
Contract Negotiation: Oversee the negotiation of sales contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the Real Estate industry and/or experience in a Prop-Tech firm.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Skills:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a SaaS environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
