Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Horton Properties LLC in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications
Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Deal Negotiation skills
Sales Target Achievement and Team Leadership abilities
Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market trends and regulations
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of success in real estate sales
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Certification in Real Estate or Sales Management is a plus
Salary: 10,000 – 12000 + Team commission override
