Sales Manager Required in Dubai

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents to ensure they are achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Hire and train new property consultants and grow the secondary team.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals, and ensure all contracts and agreements are in compliance with legal requirements.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
Responsible for conducting interviews and hiring real estate sales staff.
Develop and implement training programs for the sales team
Coaching and monitoring the sales team’s cold calls to enhance client service.
Plan and implement sales targets and evaluate team sales performance to ensure overall sales team goals are accomplished.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the senior management and provide recommendations for improvement and growth.

Motivate and support sales agents to reach their full sales potential.
Understanding and gaining knowledge about current social media marketing techniques and trends to boost sales.
Requirements:

3-5 years experience as a Sales Manager role (secondary market) in the real estate industry, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team to achieve their full potential.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai, including current trends, regulations, and legal requirements.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven approach to achieving sales goals and business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A real estate license or certification is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools to track sales activities, manage client databases, and generate sales reports.
Work timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday
10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays.
Renumeration: AED 20,000 + override/commission
Benefits: Employment visa and medical insurance.
NOTE: Valid UAE driving license and car is mandatory
