Job Description:
Lead and oversee all aspects of a sales team, including management, analytics, and expanding distribution channels.
Create comprehensive training programs to equip sales representatives with the skills needed to acquire customers, negotiate deals, arrange financing, and handle paperwork efficiently.
Develop and execute a strategic business plan to grow the customer base and maintain a strong market presence.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall performance of sales staff.
Monitor individual sales performance to identify areas for improvement and provide targeted training.
Utilize sales data analysis to identify trends and suggest strategies for boosting sales.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational sales targets and revenue goals.
Ensure that the sales team has the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales training or sales management within the real estate sector in Dubai, preferably in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume sales team.
Strong coaching and mentoring aptitude, capable of motivating and guiding sales agents effectively.
Proficiency in sales techniques, methodologies, as well as sales metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
Valid driving license and own vehicle is advantageous.
