Job Title: Sales Manager (Fragrance)
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets for fragrance products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fragrance market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective product launches and promotions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in fragrance sales is a MUST.
Comfortable and willing to work in Sharjah daily.
Possession of a valid driver’s license and own car.
International sales experience is a plus.
English, French & Arabic speaker preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
