Sales Manager Required in Dubai

Kennedy Towers, a major short-term rental management company in the UAE, is searching for a Sales Manager. This is a dual role which involves the leasing of properties in our portfolio and the onboarding of new properties to the portfolio.

REMUNERATION

This position offers expected On Target Earnings (OTE) of AED 20,000 per month, consisting of:

· A competitive basic salary based on your experience, in the region of AED 6,000 – 8,000

· A sales commission for each new property booking and booking extensions (you will be assigned an existing portfolio of exclusive properties to rent out)

· A listing fee for each signed and onboarded property

REQUIREMENTS

· A minimum of 1 year experience working for a real estate agency in a sales or leasing role is preferred.

· A positive attitude is essential. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is solution focused and is excited about the opportunities available to them in this position.
· Digital competence and experience using different CRM tools (Salesforce or Hubspot preferred)

· Strong organisational skills, communication skills (Verbal and Non Verbal), good team working skills and a positive/creative attitude is essential

· Bachelor’s degree certificate required

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Sales:

1. Qualification: Understanding which leads can be converted quickly and which will require more time based on the quality of the questions the customers are asked during the initial interactions.

2. Viewings: Coordinating with our operations team to ensure properties are well presented prior to viewings and managing your schedule to ensure you are well prepared and punctual.

3. Closing: Using the best sales techniques to motivate and convert prospects ensuring that they do not miss out on the property.

4. Extension Collection: Quickly building out a portfolio of month to month leases and being well organised around extension collection timings and payment methods.

Business Development:

1. Prospecting: and Pitching Sourcing, identifying and making contact with prospective landlords. Presenting our service and having landlords sign our property management agreement letter.

2. Onboarding: Preparing newly signed properties by overseeing activities such as apartment furnishing to meet Kennedy Towers furnishing and hospitality standards, utility connections and property marketing.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Ongoing landlord liaison with regards to booking updates and revenue performance.
