Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join us in our Dubai office but will allow for some remote work. This is a full-time hybrid role involving business development, team collaboration, and maintenance of existing client relationships. The Sales Manager will generate, initiate, and follow-up on sales leads, communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, and work with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate or a related industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience communicating with executives and high net worth individuals
Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRMs and other sales-related platforms and tools
Analytical thinker with the ability to synthesize and communicate complex information
Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
