Roles & Responsibilities:
Finding and developing new markets and sales.
Increasing the value of current clients while attracting new ones.
Creating strategies to reach new business opportunities successfully.
Possessing a strong understanding of the agency’s services, the competition in the industry, and positioning.
Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/ medium/ long term by targets.
Attend conferences and events where appropriate.
Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies. to achieve strategic goals.
Skills & Competencies:
Confidence in building a rapport with clients and nurturing good working relationships
Must have an extensive network of potential clients that can be engaged
Excellent communication and written skills
Keen attention to detail, budgeting, and timescales
