Sales Manager Required in Dubai

The incumbent is responsible for effectively managing and leading all the commercial sales activities and overseeing the day-to-day management of the commercial sales team to achieve targets and maximize revenue.

Accountabilities:

Deliver targets by growing the commercial business through existing customers and developing new customers/accounts
Implement and maintain the Company’s standardized sales and business management processes and deliver sales and profitability plans for each account of responsibility.
Work closely with Stakeholders to ensure there is a culture of understanding and co-operation, particularly when conflicts may arise from a customers’ perspective.
Understand and keep track of changing customer needs, customer structures and the business environment
Secure new customers whilst maintaining and developing strategic relationships with existing accounts
Establish, develop and manage ‘win-win’ customer relationships by building and maintaining relationships with key customers at appropriate levels with measured outcomes
Deliver value propositions and account implementation plans to add maximum value to both the customer and the company
Fill pipeline with qualifying accounts, identify these accounts through cold calling, networking and business journals etc..
Understand the activity, business and needs of customers, provide sound information and advice on services to sell and negotiate win-win solutions

Plan, monitor and achieve individual sales targets
Provide responsive customer service and resolve client issues quickly and efficiently
Achieve targets of revenue and new business through effective management of a team of sales professionals
Prepare monthly forecasts and reports on service sales and revenue from all streams to be discussed with department heads and top management
Develop a plan to close any negative deviation closing any gap in sales performance

Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Commerce or Engineering or degree in Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial service sales
Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams
