Responsibilities:
Identify and target prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique marketing needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Conduct thorough research on prospects, including their industry, competition, and target audience, to create personalized and compelling sales pitches.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized marketing proposals and strategies that align with clients’ objectives.
Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and effectiveness of our marketing services.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win solution that maximizes profitability for both parties.
Close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding of new clients.
Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to the marketing team to enhance service offerings and refine marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within the marketing or advertising industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and consultative approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate complex marketing concepts and strategies to clients.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly.
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and evolving client needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
