Sales Executives Required in Dubai

Identify and generate leads for personal loan products through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
Qualify leads and assess customers’ financial needs to determine the best loan product for them.
Present and explain loan options to customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
Guide customers through the loan application process and assist them with completing all necessary documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service.
Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and goals.
Stay up-to-date on the latest personal loan products and lending regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key referral partners, such as real estate agents, financial advisors, and car dealerships.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and track industry trends.
Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Train and mentor new sales executives.
Assist with sales management activities, such as forecasting and reporting.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in personal loan sales or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Sound knowledge of personal loan products, lending processes, and regulatory requirements.
