Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports, with a strong background in business-to-business sales and a track record of achieving sales targets. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sports industry, including sports clubs, gyms, schools, and corporate clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest sports equipment and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions to clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales goals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, including progress against targets, market insights, and feedback from clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and product offerings.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the sports or related industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the sports industry and market dynamics.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate product benefits effectively.
Drive: Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
