Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, creating sales documents and presentations, and handling client inquiries.
Maintain and update sales and customer records in the company database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with the coordination and planning of sales meetings and events.
Prepare and distribute sales reports and analytics to help track sales goals, performance, and outcomes.
Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow across the company.
Support the sales team with the preparation and follow-up of client meetings and presentations.
Handle logistical aspects of the sales process, including preparing sales materials and coordinating with other teams as necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a sales administrator or in a similar administrative role at least 1 year.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and experience with CRM software.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A team player with a high level of dedication.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
