Nuvani London are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager for an ultra-luxury resort in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Train, manage, and schedule staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and efficiency.
Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage trends and best practices.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are available for service.
Handle guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

At least 2 years’ experience in restaurant management within a luxury hospitality environment.
Must be a fluent English speaker and speak an additional European language
Proven track record of success in managing a high-volume restaurant operation.
Strong leadership skills, with an ability to motivate and develop staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
Passion for food, wine, and hospitality.
Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
