Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and personable Real Estate Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a polished appearance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive first impression for our clients

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and clients professionally and warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and taking messages as necessary.
Manage and coordinate appointments and meetings for clients and agents, maintaining an organized calendar.
Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Provide clients with information about projects, properties, services, and the real estate market.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring all necessary materials (e.g., brochures, promotional items) are available.
Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the office.

Qualifications:

A professional and polished appearance is essential.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role within the real estate industry is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
