Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Receptionist role at 55 Car Care located in Dubai. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, receiving and processing payments, managing customer queries, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
Customer Service skills and the ability to problem-solve
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common software packages
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
