About the Role
The Receptionist / Customer Service Representative role will focus on customer support and satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be passionate to deal with people, friendly by nature, and empowered with positivity to deliver an effective and timely service to the customers. The primary responsibility for this role will be acting as a point of contact of the customers in terms of queries, follow-ups and resolutions.
Job Responsibilities:
– Delivers a consistent customer service and heartfelt warm hospitality to customers
– Enthusiastically welcome and greet visitors, clients & employees.
– Proactively assist the guest with their needs during their stay with the company.
– Handles phone calls & inquiries then liaise to the right department to address the matter accordingly.
– Do follow ups with the concerned departments to ensure that clients’ requirements are all met.
– Responsible for tracking check-in/check-out of visitors and maintains a log-in record for security.
– Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area & conference rooms and make sure that it is organized and stocked with drinks/snacks.
– Schedule and maintain appointments accordingly.
– Provide general administrative work support.

Requirements:
