Our 4,200 SQFT office is strategically located in Control Tower, Motor City meaning our brokers are never further than 15 minutes from the communities we cover in Dubai.
As a Sales or Leasing Agent your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Outbound cold calling
Generating new leads and business for the company
Listening to clients to successfully match clients and properties
Arranging and conducting viewings
Negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers
Photographing of apartments/villas
Requirements:
Result-driven mindset, outgoing and determined personality
UK Driving Licence
2 Years sales experience (preferred)
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Strong communication and customer service skills
Financially Independent (£10,000 + Saved)
What we offer:
55% – 60% commission split on gross revenue
Tax free income
Sales Agent OTE: £140,000
Leasing Agent OTE: £62,000
