Responsibilities
– Managing the entire transaction process of a property purchase or sale.
– Maintaining strong knowledge of the real estate market and being able to provide expert advice to their clients.
– Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
– Intermediating negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
– Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
– Promoting sales through social media.
– Networking and building relationship with potential clients.
Qualifications
-Excellent communication in ENGLISH is a MUST (Writing, reading, and speaking). Additional languages would be an asset: Russian, Chinese, Arab, French, Spanish, German, Italian.
– Knowledge of local Real Estate market
– Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
– Strong communication skills
– Confident in presentation delivery
– Preferably experienced in real estate market
– UAE driving license will be big advantage
