Responsibilities
• Manage off-plan and secondary leads and reach out to potential clients in the real estate market in Dubai.
• Promote and sell a diverse portfolio of off-plan properties.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about properties, pricing, and market trends.
• Achieve and exceed individual targets within the given timeframe.
• Collaborate with the team to contribute to the overall success of the department.
• Document and update client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience in the Dubai real estate industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluent Language skill in any of the following language: German, French, Mandarin, Persian, Arabic.
