We are looking for an experienced Property Consultant to join our growing successful team.
Responsibilities
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
Display and market real property to possible buyers
Presenting to potential clients and conduct viewings
Manage property Resale
Maintain and update listings of available properties
Develop networks and cooperate with developers
Promote sales through advertisements, and listing services
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling property including preparation and execution of agreements and advertising materials
Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM
Have a working knowledge of the sales process within the government departments
Requirements
College or university degree
Excellent communication skills.
Minimum 3-5 months experience in Developer
Multilanguage skills , Preferably Arabic and English
Preferably male candidate
Employment Type:Full Time
Monthly Salary:2,000 – 3,999 AED
Minimum Work Experience:0-1 Years
Minimum Education Level:Bachelors Degree
