Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets by utilizing real estate knowledge. Responsibilities also include conducting property viewings, preparing necessary documents, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Consulting and Real Estate expertise
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and market trends
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Fluency in English (spoken and written). Fluency in Arabic and/or other languages is a plus
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Candidates with experience in the real estate industry and a network of contacts will be preferred. The candidate should also possess a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask. A valid UAE driving license is also required.
