To drive vehicles safely and abide by all traffic rules & regulations within UAE
Drive all eZhire vehicles to desired locations, workshops, delivery to / collection from customers or as instructed by Supervisor
To portray a professional image to customers through courteous service as per eZhire standards
Refuel vehicles and fill in required documents accurately and timely
Ensure all documents are properly verified and all necessary procedures are followed when delivering a vehicle to the customer
Check vehicles at check-out and check-in in the presence of customer and document damages on vehicles, if any
Inform management of any vehicle malfunction or damage
Carry out physical car inventory and other duties assigned by Supervisor; deliveries, pick-ups, visiting traffic department for registrations and traffic fines, tasjeel, filing, etc
Key Competencies:
Good communication skills
English required
Arabic preferred
Presentable with customer service orientation
Valid UAE driving license class 3
2 years of driving experience within the car rental industry
Educated to Secondary School level
