We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Private Chef for a family in the UAE to start ASAP. The candidate must be highly trained in preparing high-end healthy cuisines and familiar with vegan dishes. We are looking for a chef who has a great eye for detail and a passion for exquisite presentation. Preferably the chef will be available to trial in the UAE, although international candidates are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

· Must know how to prepare beautiful healthy meals (Focus on various healthy cuisines)
· Vegan dishes are a huge plus.
· Prepare and cook healthy balanced meals
· Extensive menu development, creation, and planning Healthy & conscientious meals
· Using fresh, organic high-quality produce sourced locally and internationally
· Ensure the kitchen is kept organized and immaculately clean
· Remain up to date with current food trends

· Take great pride in personal presentation and cleanliness

Qualifications

· 3- 5 years previous experience within a large, fully staffed private household.
· Confident knowledge of vegetarian meals in a vast variety of cuisines.
· A personable, friendly attitude.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· A passion for healthy, fresh, organic cooking.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Impeccable health & safety and hygiene knowledge.
· Flexible attitude to work schedule, cooking daily when Principal is in residence.
