Desired Skills & Competencies:
The primary role of the Pre-Sales Consultant is to effectively present the company’s portfolio of solutions and services to the prospects. The candidate will be required to:
Remotely present the solutions using electronic tools provided by the company.
Understand the customers’ high-level requirements in order to appropriately position the solutions.
Pitch the solutions to various levels within the prospect’s organization covering IT groups, business groups, management etc.
Effectively communicate with the prospect orally and in writing during the pre-sales engagement process.
Provide written responses to prospects related to solutions, clarification requests etc. as may be required.
Effectively communicate with the company’s technical support team regarding various pre-sales matters. These will include requirements related to demo, proposal, solution positioning, customizations, etc.
Effectively communicate with the company’s management team regarding various pre-sales matters. These will include regular reporting on lead / prospect status, strategy discussions to enhance winning probability, additional support needed for closure etc.
Experience and Qualification
The company is looking for a dynamic, mid-senior level executive in handling its prospects located across various countries in the Middle East and Asia. The candidate will be based in the company’s India Office in Cochin. The candidate must have:
At least 5 years’ experience in a pre-sales support role covering the areas described above under job description.
At least 3 years’ experience in handling banking solutions, especially solutions related to payment systems.
At least 2 years’ experiencing in remotely presenting solutions and remotely conducting all phases of a pre-sales process.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience in communicating with various groups and levels within an organization.
Very responsive attitude in handling all communications with the prospect.
