Position Title: Pizza Sous Chef

Job Role:
Coach and train team members by observing, providing feedback, modeling specific tasks or procedures, communicating expectations, and following up to increase their performance and morale
Conduct interviews following proper hiring and selection procedures
Works all stations in the Back of the House to assist Team Members during peak times and to maintain service and quality standards
Create, cost, and prepare daily specials. Able to generate menu engineering and propose menu, costing sheets, recipes, SOPs, standards, training
Communicate daily specials, shift priorities, and daily productions to all Team Members to ensure they are prepared and set up for success
Able to develop pizza concept, do pre-opening of both kitchen and restaurant
Monitor restaurant operations by conducting walkthroughs to ensure operating standards are executed and maintained
Requirements:
Male, 40 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry
With proven experience working in the BOH section
With valuable knowledge of the local market and suppliers
With valuable knowledge in current pizza and food trends
Excellent communication skills
