Job Description:

1. Accounts:Post Cash invoice, Tax Invoice, supplying invoice and other important documents.

2. Assist and Monitor:

Monitor and Assist Store Department for any adjustment entries Verify and approve Sales IDO in absence of Finance Manager

Monitor dispatcher Invoices with original copies from Collection Team

Make sure all entries are being posted on or before 10th of every month Inventory Checking and Control

3. Filing:

Sales IDO’s

Suppliers and Customers LPO

Cash and Credit Invoices

Unpaid and Paid Purchase Invoices Payment and Receipt Vouchers

Bank Statements

4. Assist Monthly Closing of Accounts.
