About the Role:
As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to our office employees, ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site IT support to office employees.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrate proficiency in computer hardware setup and troubleshooting.
Conduct effective troubleshooting for Windows 10 and VPN services.
Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
Basic system administration tasks on Windows platforms.
Basic understanding of networking principles.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell (PSPY), BASH, etc., is desirable.
Maintain a standard 5-day work week schedule.
