Job Description:
Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
Plan, implement, and manage the organization’s overall information technology infrastructure, systems, policies, and procedures.
Ensure the smooth operation of the company’s IT environment, aligning technology solutions with business objectives, and maintaining a secure and reliable IT infrastructure.
Supervise and lead a team of 3 IT professionals, provide guidance, mentorship, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective technology solutions.
Establish and enforce security policies and protocols to protect the organization’s sensitive data and systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
10 years of experience in IT management with strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Having a project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
