We are looking for an IT Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP systems and a solid background in software troubleshooting, desktop support, and network support. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing ERP systems, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP System Management: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems. Ensure the system runs efficiently and meets organizational needs.
Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical support, including software troubleshooting, desktop support, and network support. Resolve issues related to ERP software, hardware, and connectivity.
Data Management: Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system. Manage data migrations, updates, and backups.
System Upgrades: Plan and execute ERP system upgrades and patches. Test new features to ensure they meet business needs.
Network Support: Provide support for network issues, including connectivity problems, and ensure network security and performance.
Software and Hardware Troubleshooting: Address and resolve software and hardware issues, including installations, configurations, and repairs.
Compliance and Security: Ensure ERP systems and IT infrastructure comply with relevant regulations and standards. Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and in software troubleshooting, desktop support, and network support.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software administration, configuration, and support. Experience with SQL, scripting languages, and integration tools is a plus.
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
