1. Provide level one support or minor troubleshooting and inquiries; assist end users to diagnose & resolve date communication problems.

10. Perform a system check, cleaning of computer hardware and peripherals.
11. Run anti-virus update, scanning and cleaning.
12. Run a check disk, disk defragmentation, old e-mail files archiving.
13. Conduct study of spare parts or device, which often fails, and recommend solution or alternative to solve the problem.
14. Perform the proper standard in network cable installation and termination.
15. Configure network device sharing connection to user.
16. Configure Internet connection to users allowed to browse the Internet and apply some restrictions depending on the nature of work.
Job Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in relevant field is a must
At least 2 years of experience in an IT-related position.
Knowledge of databases, data processes, program architectures, and data security.
Skills in designing, reporting, and documenting implementations and solutions.
Knowledge of industry best practices and experience with both hardware and software systems.
