Human Resources Officer Required in Dubai

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join one of our group’s leading companies. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Officer in the UAE, and demonstrate excellent proficiency in MS Office programs as well as HR systems.

Salary: AED 7,000.

Responsibilities:

Prepare various documents including employment agreements, salary certificates, NOCs, and other formal letters, and maintain proper records.

Manage employee personnel files and maintain Employee Master Data up to date for new recruits and existing staff.

Handle employees’ medical insurance matters.

Handle employees’ attendance and leaves on a daily basis.

Prepare and process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all elements are accurately calculated and applied.

Collaborate with the HR team for visa and documentation processing.

Responsible for the HR platform including onboarding new hires, updating employee’s data, uploading employees’ documents and keep it up to date.

Perform all administrative duties for the HR Department.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent subject.

3 years of UAE experience as an HR Officer.

Excellent computer skills including MS Office programs.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.

Skills in database management and record keeping.

Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
