Currently, we are seeking UAE Nationals/Emiratis for the role of HR for a semi-government company in Dubai.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related events.
Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate further rounds with relevant department heads.
Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, from acceptance of the job offer through to their first day
Ensure compliance with all Corporate HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
UAE Nationals with family book
Previous experience in HR (1+ year) is preferred but Finance/Accounting/other candidates are also welcome to apply
