Salary band: AED 10,000 to AED 15,000
Duties:
Manage HR operations on onboarding to offboarding;
Establishing and implementing HR strategies, processes, and metrics;
Function as subject matter expert for all HR & labor law related questions;
Rapport & relationship building with employees;
Administration of employee files, issuance of documentation, following up with visa/permit processes, etc.;
Talent Acquisition from sourcing to assessment to offer letter.
Requirements:
Currently residing in the UAE;
Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or related field;
Preferably Masters in HR, MBA, or related field;
Preferably with relevant HR certification (SHRM / CIPD / HRCI);
At least 5 years of relevant HR experience (preferably managerial) in the UAE;
Preferably with experience in the tech or eCommerce sectors;
Outstanding communication skills in English and communication skills in Arabic are a plus.
