Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations and keep abreast of changes in employment legislation
Administer employee benefits programs and manage relationships with external vendors
Develop and maintain HR metrics to track key performance indicators and assess the effectiveness of HR programs
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Lead and facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/ Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR UAE experience, with at least 3 years in the same role.
Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proven track record of effectively managing HR processes and driving organizational change
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
Well, in-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
Must be willing to work and relocate to Dubai.
Can join immediately.
Note: The candidate should have experience in the e-commerce field.
